Tefillin Measurement Form

Carefully measure each of the 6 positions on both the arm and head tefillin and provide exact measurements in the form below, preferably in centimeters. Please note whether the measurements provided are in centimeters or inches. Each section has been color and number coded for simplicity. With these measurements we will calculate if your tefillin will fit into the standard size tefillin cases or if custom size tefillin cases will be required.
